Viewers open a shared rhythm link in a browser. Administrators connect calendars through standard OAuth flows supported by your IT team.
Can we cap how many pauses appear?
Yes. Role-based caps and quiet-hour windows prevent overlap with focus blocks or hui. Preview the full day before publishing.
Is this medical or wellness treatment?
No. The platform schedules workplace pauses only. It does not diagnose conditions or is not a substitute for professional health programmes.
Where is data stored?
Data may be processed in New Zealand and with vetted overseas cloud providers. Overseas disclosure is described in our Privacy Policy.
How do we cancel?
