Legal framework
We comply with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs). Where you are in the European Economic Area, we also consider GDPR requirements for cross-border processing.
Information we collect
- Identity and contact: name, email, organisation, phone if provided
- Account data: rhythm schedules, role settings, integration preferences
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps
- Communications: messages sent via contact forms or support channels

- To provide and administer the platform you request

Disclosure

Overseas disclosure
Some processors may store data outside New Zealand (for example, cloud regions in Australia or the United States). Before disclosure we assess whether the recipient is subject to comparable safeguards, or we use contractual protections as required by IPP 12.
Retention
Contact enquiries: up to 24 months. Account data: subscription term plus 12 months unless export or law requires longer. Server logs: typically 90 days. Cookie consent records: until you clear browser storage or withdraw consent.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and periodic review of administrative access. No online system is completely secure—please report suspected incidents promptly.
Your rights (New Zealand)
You may request access to and correction of personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details above with the subject line Privacy Request. We will respond within 20 working days where practicable under the Privacy Act 2020.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner: privacy.org.nz.
Children
Services are intended for organisations and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 without parental authority.
Marketing
Commercial electronic messages comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. You may opt out of marketing at any time.
