Agreement

By using flexauplanet.world and related services operated by Flexauplanet from New Zealand, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

Service description

We provide software to plan and publish desk micro-break rhythms. The service is a scheduling tool only—not medical, therapeutic, or occupational health advice. Features may change; material changes will be notified to account holders.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate registration details, protect credentials, and use the platform lawfully. You must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt infrastructure, upload malicious code, or misrepresent your relationship with us.

Intellectual property

Site content, trademarks, and software remain our property or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service per your plan. Rhythm data you create remains yours, subject to our processing rights in the Privacy Policy.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply and cannot be excluded. See Consumer Information.

Availability

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practicable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
